14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

14 ounces regular milk of choice…whole, 2%, skim, almond, soy, rice, etc…

2 vanilla extract or flavoring of choice

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly in a quart jar. Makes about 3.5 cups
