4 medium to large cucumbers
4 medium to large, sweet onions
2 Cups Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Cups very warm water
1/2 Cup White Sugar
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoons Pickling Spice
2 Teaspoons dried Dill
Slice cucumbers and onions to desired thickness, place in 1/2 gallon jar, dissolve sugar in water and mix in the rest of the ingredients. pour liquid over cucumbers and onions in jar. Press cucumbers and onions down under the liquid. Close jar tightly and gently shake to mix. Store in refrigerator for 2-4 hours before serving.
