1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons honey
1 Teaspoon dried Oregano
1 Teaspoon dried Parsley
1 Tablespoon Olice Oil
1 Teaspoon crushed Fennel Seed (optional)
1aspoon Paprika
1/2 Tablespoon minced Garlic
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Pinch of Salt
Mix all ingredients together and pour into gallon baggie with desired meat. Set in refrigerator to marinate for at least 30 minutes and up to 24 hours.
